The rustproof aluminum construction and black powder coat finish hold up to weather and road grime without corroding. With a 300 lb weight capacity, the steps stay solid and don’t flex when you step up carrying gear or groceries.
The steps automatically stop and retract if they sense an obstruction, preventing damage to the mechanism or your rig. They also retract when the ignition turns on, even if the override is active, so you don’t have to worry about driving off with them extended.
Designed for entry heights between 19-1/2" and 22-1/2", this double step assembly mounts with a 32" wide, 7-3/4" tall, 18" deep bracket. It gives you a comfortable 8" rise between steps, making the climb feel natural and balanced.

the stairs were fine but the design of the steps was not the best for installation extremely difficult to reach the bolts to secure them
Order arrived promptly. Step probably should have been shipped in a more substantial carton, rear end of step was partially protruding upon delivery. Nothing appears missing or damaged at this time.

It took 6 weeks to get but they kept me informed. It was held up by the mfg.In 6 weeks i got a email update and asking if i wanted to order another steep orvery pleased get my money back.
This step is so much better than the stock step in our RV. It’s lighter, thinner, and the motor is on top and not on the bottom exposed to the elements.
Works great but they die every two years which is very unfortunate for the money.

Love the product. It was not welded in a jig properly - out of square! I had to take apart and twist the steel frame straight. Lucky for me I am a former machinist and building contractor. Now it glides in and out smoothly. Over all it is quality material, just needs a little more care at the manufacturing level. I will still purchase from "etrailer".

Came a day earlier than promised and was exactly what I needed.
These are the exact replacement for the steps that I damaged on my trailer. Kim was very helpful in helping me place the order and the delivery was quick - only 3 business days. My wife and i saw these steps on several trailers at an rv show. Talk about night and day. My trailer is a 2015 70k trailer and the steps that came with(2 )bounced and wobbled like most steps(my 5th trailer). Not these lippert lights. I HIGHLY recommend !
Received steps today. I have a 2008 KZ Escalade and already had removed the steps. They fit right up after I removed the top strap. The strap is replaced by the outriggers for support. I used a floor jack and piece of plywood under the steps to get them into position. Drilled new holes because the step bracket would not allow the steps to go up enough to meet the bracket holes, not a big deal. I spent about an hour and a half installing. I am very pleased with the quality and extremely satisfied with the Staff at Etrailer. I will continue to purchase from Etrailer because they make it right if there is any problem. Thanks Etrailer.
Box was destroyed, no instructions, wiring, no hardware.
This unit was easy to install and also the wiring harness that came with the unit was in compliance with the stock connectors. I would recommend this product to anyone replacing an old unit or looking for one that can handle more weight. I installed it on my Monaco Windsor 40PDQ with no issues thanks Jeff.

was very helpful she sent a return tag right away and got the correct one to us within a couple of days. Have not received credit for the wrong size but confident it will be taken care of promptly.
I received my parts promptly. The package was a little worse for wear but there was no damage to the part. I replaced the stairs myself and they worked as they should.
Everything went well. Replacing old one was very easy.
